So I’ve recently started attempting to cook more, and trying to expand my horizons with easy dishing that are healthy and will keep me fueled for those marathons of studying. These dishes are a combination of different ideas I found on the Internet and what I have in my pantry. When they turn out well, my plan is to share them with all y’all.
For this meal, I made a delicious lemon, herb salmon in foil with a side of asparagus.
I used frozen Salmon and ended up cooking mine for more like 25 minutes, but it turned out really well! I also now have leftovers to eat for lunch tomorrow
